Our event hall overlooks the Guadalupe River and has seating and tables for up to 65. Air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort, it is furnished with two refrigerators, microwave, oven with range top and a beautiful 14' pecan serving counter. The restrooms are handicap accessible as is the deck which overlooks the Guadalupe and our beautiful river front park. Perfect for family reunions, RV Rally Clubs, business meetings (building has free WiFi) , weddings or receptions, the hall is available for reservations year round. The hall overlooks a beautiful tree covered parkland with tall limestone bluffs on the opposite side of the river which creates a spectacular backdrop. There is a wooden deck that cantilevers over the water that is a perfect place for an intimate wedding ceremony. There is a larger concrete pad with electricity located below the event hall that also makes a special setting for weddings by the river.

Winter activities include weekly pot-luck dinners, game nights, arts, crafts and excursions to our many local attractions. Special occasions and holidays are celebrated and hosted by our full time camp hosts who make sure all our guests have a great time!
