Three bedroom - two story Cottage

Our 3 two-story cottages are set up with the 3 bedrooms upstairs- 2 bedrooms have one full bed each and the third bedroom has 2 full beds. There is a half-bath upstairs with a sink and toilet. Downstairs is a full bath with a tub/shower combo and the kitchen and living area are combined. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, sink and oven with range top. The living area is separated by a counter and has a table, 8 chairs, color cable TV and a sofa (not a fold out). A sliding glass door opens to your private deck with a picnic table and a charcoal BBQ grill below.

Price Details:
Rates are based per night. There is a 2 night minimum for reservations ; 3 nights on holidays. A credit card imprint is required as a security deposit until checkout. Rental fees are subject to a 4% river district fee and a 6% State hotel/motel tax.
Additional Info:
Please bring cooking utensils, coffee pot and bath towels - all bed linens and pillows are provided. All cottages are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. At least one guest per cottage must be 21 years or older.
