Our 5 efficiency Guadalupe River cabins are furnished with 2 full beds with linens, blankets and pillows in an open area shared with table and chairs, dresser and color cable TV. A sliding glass door and window provide a wonderful view of the Guadalupe River below your private deck and picnic table. A BBQ grill is located below the deck while the kitchenette inside has a full refrigerator, sink, microwave oven and an oven with stove top burners. There is a full bath with shower in each cottage and all are air conditioned and heated.

Rates are based per night.
A two night minimum is required for reservations and three nights on holidays. An imprint of a credit card is required as a security deposit until checkout. Cottage rentals are subject to a 4% River District fee and a 6% State hotel/motel tax.

Please bring cooking supplies, coffee pot, utensils and bath towels - bed linens and pillows are provided. All cottages are non-smoking - no pets allowed.
At least one guest in each cottages must be 21 years or older.
